On Oct 25th she filed with her credit card who revoked
the charge from us, taking back the $69.25 for the order. She
didn't call us, or tell us of any problem, she didn't look at our
returns policies or try to get an RA#, she simply CANCELED THE CHARGE!

This isn't being very nice.

Avoid dealing with this crook if you can..

I love to laugh and have a great sense of humor (at least I think I'm funny!) You might be a redneck if your family tree doesn't have any branches. I am also a diligent, hard-working individual, tenacious towards achieving all of my goals. I've been married to my job for about a year and am ready to ditch the habit. I am a Pisces; whimsical and somewhat precipitous, but in a good way ;) I am looking for a GENTLEMAN who knows how to treat a lady. I love affection and cuddling and wonder if there are any truly tactile men left out there. I give a wonderful massage and hope you do too! This past Weds afternoon at 5 Pm in the middle of rush hour, I was in a fender bender accident. As the other party and I were exchanging insurance info etc, the police arrived. The went through the whole process, statements etc. I had told them I was leaving the last medical appt of the day, I had spent 7 hrs in medical facilities, I offered the documentation, proof of tests taken, Rx' etc. They refused to view this info. and stated "we've heard every story in the book." Since there was a DWI in my past (within the past 10 yrs), he then decided as a power trip (in front of the new recruit that was taking statements etc.) that he deemed it necessary for me to submit to a field sobriety test. This was as I mentioned during rush hour on the side of a very busy road also in front of a number of officers, the other party involved in the accident and my long time boyfriend who was not aware of my pregnancy. Well nice surprise to him, these police ripped me through the system, claimed I was lying and I was not pregnant when in fact I still had all the documentation readily available for them to see. They handcuffed me, arrested me and took me down to the station and interrogated me for several hrs. They did let me leave, however they did not revoke my license because I requested 3 breathe tests, a urinalysis (plus I have contacted both medical facilities and asked that they preserve all specimens from me for that entire 24 hr period). The did remove and impound my license plates, so obviously even with a license I cannot drive. I cannot make it to work or my 3 time wkly doctors appts. When I called and inquired about this they said, " we don't know, cannot answer these questions, not our problem." They fully admitted they had no validity to revoke my license so how can they impound my plates? They are fully aware of my medical situation and the new complications in this pregnacy. I did have to demand a phone call to my attorney that evening, this officer was so new and unseasoned that he had to ask a senior officer if I could make a phone call. There was no mention of the marks on my arms, chest and stomach from the airbags that both deployed and knocked the wind out of me. No concern about my baby or how I was feeling. I have still not been able to see a doctor, for I cannot get any answers from the police dept, the Cptn or the city attorney. Yes I have contacted them all. So, I did give them a urine sample and although I do work in healthcare and know that it is very easy to get results with in 48 hrs, they are claiming it will not be until the end of October, and until then I cannot drive. This could prove detrimental to my health and my babys. Of course I will not even think of driving when this is the case, I cannot give them a legitimate reason to grab me. I have attached a letter that I nearly sent to the city attorney but decided that my lawyer should see it and make the modifications necessary.
