Connie made an order with us on Apr 21, 2005  She apparently gave us a
delivery address that the post office could not deliver to, so the package was
returned to us undeliverable. We offered to deliver the package to a different address
but Connie decided she wanted her money back.. We promptly refunded the item price
of $11.90 but we did not refund the amount of the postage we charged her to send the
package to some undeliverable address... It cost us money to try to deliver the package
as she requested, why should we give that money back to her? For her mistake?
We tried to send the package where she told us to... 
So anyway, now she has filed a complaint with her credit card company and the
measly $5 shipping charges were taken from us.. Its not the money its the principal
and all the names she called me.. (something about her being a single mother and me
being a transvestite she wants to kick )...  ha ha I didn't quite understand the insult
but she sure got wound up about it....

Anyway, deal with her at your own risk, I suspect she is a single mother because
most men find her as loonie as I did..
