On Oct 08, 2005 this customer ordered 2 Ford wire harnesses from our web page, we
shipped out the order on the 11th to him via priority mail.

About Oct 12th the customer called to cancel his order, we explained to him we had
already shipped out his order to him and if he wanted to return the parts to simply
wait for them to arrive at his house and then file for an RA# on our website.
He used profanity so we hung up on him.

On Nov 2nd, we get notice that the customer has filed a claim with their credit card
company to get their money back...

At this time we have no money ($28.55) and no goods, this customer is a crook and
not a very nice guy to deal with.
