Handel Richard Handel amount owed $19.95 This customer bought car installation SOFTWARE from us on Dec9th 2006, we delivered the software information through email. I talked to this customer on the phone, he did not deny he got the software from us, but he stated he just didn't want it anymore. Our software policy is NO REFUNDS. We have no way to verify whether the software was actually USED by the customer, anyone can USE it and try to return it after he gets usage out of it. He Cancelled his credit card and also has the software, his claim now to his credit card company is that he never received it.
