Brandon Letchworth
Brandon ordered $33.50 worth of installation parts off of our web site.
The address he provided on
the order was in VA. but after we shipped the item he informed us he was in AZ.
not VA. and that he didn't
change his address on Paypal (our credit card processor) and apparently he
didn't file a forwarding
address with the post office when he moved ...
He filed a merchandise not received claim with paypal and since we shipped the
item through US postal service
with no insurance on such an inexpensive item, it lets him get away with
stealing it from us.
In the claim to he made against us he lied about things.
1) he said we wont return emails, on the contrary
I have emailed the guy back and fourth at least 10 times so far. Plus he says we
accused him of fraudulently
using two addresses to obtain the merchandise for free.. If we had not returned
his emails then how could
we have said this? We did ask him if he was trying to screw us in one of
the emails, I know now he was!
2) he also claims we never shipped his merchandise, which we did ship it to his
VA address he provided us,
we have told him that numerous times already..
Bottom line is, we did ship merchandise to the address
provided by the crook, and the crook reversed
the credit card charges and ended up with the item for free.

Composite Drawing of the crook!
On the internet its hard to battle these bad guys, its hard for an internet
e-commerce site to provide a
good service to its customers and at the same time not get hammered by the
online fraud artists.
We choose to try, and we consider the losses like this one the simple costs of
doing business.
However, we hope in some way that us publishing our stories of the crooks that
rip us off will help
someone else down the line avoid these bad guys.

Our crook pages are here with the intent of bringing shame to the crooks and maybe someday they will pay us what they owe us. Typically a crook will see their name on our most wanted pages and pay us immediately, but we have had crooks pay us after as much as 6 years. When they do finally pay us we will of course immediately remove the crook page with their name on it. These crook pages are routinely submitted to Google and other search engines, we want the crooks and others to easily find the crooks names on the internet. It works.!!
