Bluetooth interface for select BMW
Plain-Talk™ is a simple, convenient, inexpensive way to add Bluetooth cell phone technology to your BMW. This unit utilizes your vehicles built in telephone wiring and capabilities, including using your steering wheel controls. Installation and operation is straight forward. No cutting or splicing of any wiring is required. Simply plug into the telephone connectors that are already in your car. Built upon the stable and reliable Parrot Bluetooth® products, the Plain-Talk™ system offers superior sound quality and functionality while reducing in-cabin clutter and making the installation easier. The Plain-Talk™ system is based on the Parrot OEM bluetooth system. The Plain-Talk does not show caller-id information, phonebook or use car's built in keypad for dialing - but it does use the steering wheel controls, incorporates voice control, and will interupt music playing so the call can be heard over the car's built in speakers.
