Radio must have slave unit. Connects to 20-pin connector at headunit. Slave unit can be factory external CD changer, Satellite or RSE (Rear Seat Entertainment). Note*: If the 2001-2002 Villager is equipped with factory video system, use PIE Part # X3-FRDW (Factory pre-wire found in lower back section of radio dash console). Note*: If the 2001-2003 Quest is equipped with factory video system, use PIE Part # X3-FRDW (Factory pre-wire found in lower back section of radio dash console). Note*: 2003-2006 Expedition with navigation radio uses X3-FRDW only, must have external CD changer present.
