More Installation Photos

Hummers! Yes we install in Hummers! One of our installers recently said
"I have some friends that might only see one Hummer in their life. working here I
sometimes work on 3 Hummers a week!"

And we install in Police cars! Pictured here is a normal patrol car where we
install all the goodies a cop needs, Siren, Lights, Strobe flashers, headlight
wig wags, prisoner cage for the rear, video cameras, gun racks, you name it. The
other pictures are a DARE CAR which we installed a nice stereo system in..
We install in just about anything else you can think of! (yes even
hot air balloons!)

BMW Z8 not many of these
around!

Custom mounting a remote mount radar detector in the speedometer cluster of an automobile!

Here is a crafty install idea David came up with for his personal vehicle. All
the goodies are installed in a rubbermaid storage box which is screwed to the
floor. There are a couple of big Zapco amps and a 1/3 octave equalizer on top.
This really hides the goodies from the bad guys.

We do a bunch of remote mounting of Radio Faces or other strange things that no other shop
wants to touch. This picture shows the PC board with the remote control EYE that we are
contemplating mounting in the old cigarette lighter knob of a classic car!

Mounting the Sony CD changer in the Hummer console.
Custom tweeter pods

Not so Custom tweeter pod (we do this on alot of cars)

Count them carefully! TWELVE 15 inch speakers!

Custom console we built for a Ford Expedition.
we put factory air controls in back and added a power port.

Eddie hard at work on another Hummer!
Serious test equipment is required for serious installs! This is a Fluke Digital
multi meter and Oscilloscope...

Ham radio installation

This is the Famous FogHornLegHorn's Suburban,
his box and woofers are temporary but we are building him an amp rack for a couple of
nice Soundstream amplifiers.

Acura, everyplace this customer took his car to they told him NO KIT
AVAILABLE! So we custom fabricated him a mount so he could put his
Nakamichi headunit in it. In the first picture notice the PLYWOOD behind the
plastic panel we cut for it... the plywood makes a very firm mounting plate
for a good sturdy installation....

In stead of a backseat this guy wanted 4 8s and 2 15s! But it still kinda
looks like a backseat ...

Dynamat and speaker baffles on this fairly normal door speaker installation...

These two pictures of the amp rack... This was in the car pictured elsewhere
that had the four 15s in the doors and the 18s in the super braced box...
Done along time ago but still a car folks ask me about...

Nice clean amp rack on the back of a subwoofer box in a BMW 318.. the amp rack
has a layer of ABS plastic layed down on the wood with the amps attached...
the ABS plastic poliches up nice with some armorall...

Another nice amp rack from the olden days .. this amp rack also has the layer
of ABS plastic on its surface.. Notice the amps are WIRED already and you
barely see any wires at all even if you look close....

Amp rack in a delivery van, notice the speaker box on the floor that also
serves as a barrier to keep small stuff from rolling upfront... The amp rack
has a small panel with switches and LEDs on it.. Each switch turns on or off
each amp and the indicator lights flash when a music signal is present...

A more modern day amp rack...
